When will my item be delivered?
Your item is made to order, which can make the lead times a bit longer. You get quality designs, at a fairer price and we don’t overproduce. Our jewelry is worth waiting for! The delivery time depends very much on the stock we have at the time. When in stock, everything is shipped within 1-2 days, except for the 14 karat gold jewelry. These are delivered around between 2-3 weeks as they are custom made and not always in stock.
We keep you updated! We send you an email as soon as your item is ready for shipment. Delivery should then be within 1-3 working days. If your item will be shipped outside the Netherlands it takes longer. Delivery in EU on average takes 4 working days. Outside the EU, the time between us shipping your product and the product arriving, depends on your destination. We will send you a track and trace code, so that you can keep an eye on your order!
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping if you live in the Netherlands!
Within the EU it will cost €15,00.
It is possible to order our jewelry if you live outside the EU. Shipping outside the EU will cost €17,30.
Can I track my package?
Within The Netherlands we work with PostNL. You receive a track-and-trace code through us. Orders for EU will also receive a track-and-trace code once the parcel is shipped, from the third party that’s shipping your items. In each case, it allows you to easily track your order.
What is your return policy?
Did our product not meet your expectations? No worries, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days of delivery.
In case you’d like to return or exchange an item you can contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know why you want to return your item. Was it too big, too small, or did it just not meet your expectations? The more details you give us the better we can use your feedback to improve our products. We might even be able to help you find the exact piece that fits your needs!
Please be aware that returns without a return email cannot be processed. The item you want to return needs to arrive in perfect condition at our office in order for us to process your request. Nowa is not responsible for defects to the item prior to receiving the package.

What if my item breaks?
We guarantee quality! If your item has a defect within six months after you have purchased it, you can send it back to us. We will then repair it for you free of costs. Please first let us know that you’re sending back your item via email: email@example.com and mention what is broken. If you can add a picture to show what is broken, that would be great!
After reporting it via email we’ll repair it free of charge. Within 2 weeks we’ll let you know when you can expect your item back in brand new condition.
If your item broke after six months, you can make use of our repair service. For a friendly price we’ll repair your item and send it back to you, good as new. The price of our repair service depends on the damage. Please reach out to us via email, by letting us know what is broken and attach a photo of your broken item. We will then get back to you within 2 weeks with the price of reparation.
